What day of the week will my lawn be serviced?
We mow our lawns weekly unless otherwise requested. If you require a specific day you may talk to us about it when given the bid.
What do you do when it rains?
Your services will be done as soon as possible. The next weeks services will return back to normal.
My driveway or lot has not been plowed, when will it get done?
Our staff follows an assigned route plan which includes your driveway or lot…please be patient. If it is an absolute emergency please contact us.
What happens when it starts to snow?
Our staff subscribes to an advanced weather forecasting service. Once the storm warning is issued, depending upon the timing and nature of the pending storm, crew members are brought in and put on stand-by. Once the storm starts, trucks are sent out on designated routes. Main routes are completed first, then secondary (residential areas).
How does Avalanche determine pricing?
Service cost is determined by the length of time it takes to complete the tasks. When the bid is given, this is taken into account.
How does the billing work?
We sent billing invoices out at the last week of each month for the previous months services. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Checks as a form of payment. Note: Any Credit/Debit Charges are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
